Well, rumor number one was the accurate one. The company I’ve been contracting with has been sold.
In the short term it’s going to be business as usual, nothing much will change just yet. I’m a realist though, and I know at least some change is inevitable in this kind of situation. Time will tell.
Actually, things are going to be quite a bit busier for the graphics department in the short term as we have to go through and remove the old parent company’s name from all the marketing and other materials and replace it with the new company’s name.
So, for now, the whole thing is kinda “meh.” *shrug*
