If it weren't for the fact that every single aspect of my company's technology migration had gone wrong every step of the way, I might think I was suffering from the bad technology mojo today.
In particular, the shared server that we store all our project files is running a whole new kind of slow for me today. Like, double-click a folder and then wait about 2 minutes for it to open. Lather, rinse, repeat. All day. That kind of slow. And it's only on my computer it would seem, lucky me. It's actually been easier for me to walk over to another computer, copy the files onto a thumb drive, and walk them back over to my computer.
Hooray for the return of the sneakernet! *laugh*
Ah well, all the time spent sitting around waiting for files to transfer has given me time to send out a few random e-mails, surf the web, and now do a little blogging.
