Well, I've finally rid myself of my one little bit of luddism. I've broken down and gotten a cel phone. Not sure what motivated me to finally do so, but I've done it nonetheless. I'm not a big phone person, I mostly hate talking on the phone, so I've never really seen the use for one. Plus, I've always liked being unreachable when I wanted to be (which I still can I suppose, just turn the phone off.)
For now, it's the cheapest plan they offer with the free phone that came with it. Down the road though, I'll be moving to a larger apartment. When that happens I'll probably not bother getting a land line at the new place and move over to using the cel phone exclusively. For now, it's emergencies and very occasional use. But, at least I've finally got one.
I mean really, who owns two iPods but not a cel phone? It's just silly.
