I had the first of my two dentist’s appointments today, and it was much easier (and faster) than I had been anticipating. Either dentistry has really changed since my last visit (admittedly more than 10 years ago, shameful, I know) or my old dentist was a sadistic bastard, because I felt pretty much no pain at all. I barely even felt the needle going into the gum.
Though, it’s been almost three hours and half my face is still really numb, but I think some of the feeling is finally starting to come back. Which is good, because there’s no way I can eat lunch as it is right now, and I’m already quite hungry. I can barely drink water without dribbling all over myself at the moment. *laugh*
